No Start Condition on 1995 GMC Jimmy Sign In

I got a "No Start Condition" on my 1995 Jimmy. Here is what I've done so far.

Tested the Spark at 4 of the 6 Spark Plugs. There was no Spark.
Tested Spark at the Coil. There was no Spark.
Unplugged the Main Power Feed to the Coil and tested the for Voltage leading into the Coil with Key On Motor Off. Voltage was good so I know the Coil is receiving power.
Tested all the Grounds leading from the Negative Battery Terminal. All Ground Connections were good except the Negative Battery Terminal needed replaced and so I did.
Installed new Ignition Module and New Coil and still it will not start.
I have not attempted to replace the Rotor or Distributor Cap yet figuring that since I can't get spark from the Coil why bother.
What am I missing?

It would be nice if you could test the injector pulse to see if you lost that also but it's not easy to do on the Vortec. Not having injector pulse either would make it point toward to bad Crank Sensor.
