Nissan maxima 96, please help identify these 2 problems

Drove over a curb and broke this peace I don't know what it is. Please tell. Also this wire/cable thing hanging on the bottom, what is it?

The rubber piece looks like the molding that goes at the bottom of the wheel well that acts as a mud flap or splash shield. The other looks like a connector. You may need to have it put in the air for inspection.

Didn't see two DS and responded. OP - the first part looks like a bumper part that I doubt came from a Maxima and the dangling wire plug just find how far it reaches to the other end if intact or get help with it overhead for a better look. Might be for a cooling fan and can't be without that,
