Need help identifying cap Sign In

Anyone know what the white cap in this photo is? It has sprung a hole in the middle. The car is a 1998 Ford Taurus.

Thanks.

It is a cooling system flushing tee that someone has installed when they were flushing it at a previous time.

That is a coolant system flush T that you can buy as part of a coolant system flush kit at most auto part stores and flea markets.

Gotta add because it looks like cap is broken. You can get just the cap - solid brass at a hardware store as it's a garden hose threaded item. That or get rid of those kits and replace that hose,
