Need help ASAP !! 2002 Acura RSX

I was driving a manual transmission rsx and I went from 3rd to 2nd by accident. My car turned off, engine light came on, and I tried to start it and it wouldn't turn on. Later the next day I tried to turn on the car with my foot on the gas fully and it turned on but was really really rough , would only go up to 3000rpms, engine was moving and jumping alot when you looked at it , and then as soon as I let off the gas my car turned off. No problems with the transmission or anything just with the engine. Car only turns on and stays on while gas pedal is fully pressed and once released turns off. Can you please help me troubleshoot the problem ?

Any trouble codes store in the engine computer? If so, write down the numbers.
