Need Help with Chevy Equinox 2010

Hi,
I was messing around with an aftermarket Rear View Camera fitment and by mistake touch the Red (Accessory Wire) which is used to Power On/Off the Rear View Monitor to the car body There was a slight sparkbut all car functions are working properly, I checked all the fuses and it seems that the fuses are also working. Checked the front accessory power and rear accessory power and it is also working. However the camera monitor does not power on.
I had removed the power from the monitor and still checked the fuse of the camera control box and it is working fine.
What could be wrong. What is the way to check if the accessory is powering up the monitor so that I can be sure that is not a problem with the monitor and camera.
