Water cannot be compressed so if you suck water into the intake at higher RPM something has to give and it usually ends with a bent or broken connecting rod. You will know the second you try to start it.

If you have removed the spark plugs, try to crank it with the plugs out. If it won't crank, time for a new motor.

PS, I deleted your duplicate question. Not necessary.

To add you can't compress liquids - any I know of. It's stuck so something took a hit badly so far, rod apparently not a hole in a piston? Oil would have had that water in it - look. Damage is sure definitely worse if RPMs were up

Try by crank bolt go opposite direction of normal rotation it may move.

If not it really fubar if sure both starters (test the things out of a vehicle dammit) tossing it was another waste with a likely engine needed,

Bummer,

Tom
