Have a loud humming sound coming from passenger side of engine. Replaced both pullies (idler and tensioner ). Still there, after I replaced power steering pump, sound still there. Noticed tensioner was out of kilt so replaced that one and still the humming sound. Now I feel a slight vibration on steering column when stopped. What's next?? You should be able feel it in the individual pulley by spinning them by hand with the belt removed. Would malfunctioning PCV valve cause that sound? See if the noise goes away.
