Jeep trade or keep?

I have a 2002 jeep grand cherokee with 90k miles, it needs about 2k worth of repairs, it will be paid off next July. Wondering if i should keep or trade???

What does it need and why? If you haven't taken care of it at all get rid of it. It still stands that an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure, T
