12 years old car (Hyundai Coupe 2.0 1999) have done wheel Baring, the brakes, exhaust and tyres in past a few years but it still failed MOT again last week and need £400 for changing pipe brakes etc. Is it worth to do it. BTW the car itself worth about £600 now. Just spend too much money on it so difficult to let go.

Only you know for sure if the vehicle will be repaired or not. You have to look at all aspects of the car. If the repairs are made, how long will it be road worthy? How long do you plan on driving it? Is it cheaper in the long run to purchase another vehicle? As i said, you are the only one that can truly say if repairs are warranted or to scrap the vehicle. Sorry not an answer, but good luck anyhow.
