I HAVE A 1997 GRAND MARQUIS LS WITH NO HEAT. I REPLACED THE THERMOSTAT AND STILL NOTHING. THE CAR TEMP IS RUNNING NORMAL AND THE FAN BLOWS COLD AIR. WHAT SHOULD I CHECK NEXT! ANY HELP WILL BE GREATLY APPRECIATED. If they are both hot, you may have a blend air door problem. Are there any noises in the dash when you turn your heater control knob? Do you notice a change in the sound of the air blowing when you turn the heater control with the blower on high? Can I visually see the blend door? The heater hose both seem to be hot. NAPA listed it for this car if it had climate control only? Listed as "Heater A/C door actuator motor" and might give you a noise if stripped gear till it wore out smooth.
