They usually chatter from a low voltage condition. You might want to check the state of charge of your battery and possibly have it tested. Also make sure your battery connections are clean and tight. That means you'll have to remove it and have it tested. Also make sure your battery connections are clean. It's important to confirm your battery and connections are good before testing the electrical system and wiring.
