Fuel mileage not reading correctly when full Sign In

Hey everyone! I have a 2009 Ford Focus SE. I bought it brand new december 2008 for commuting to and from work. Mileage is at 107,000. I just got a new job in town and haven't been commuting since August. Recently i have noticed that when I fill up the tank, the "mileage to empty" (digital display) has dropped by 60 miles. It used to read an average of 420 every fill. Now it's at about 360. Any thoughts on why it's not reading correctly??? At least it's less mileage instead of more leaving me stranded! Thanks!!!

Too new for me to know but my guess is it is averaging the expected MPGs which have dropped (with less use?) so gives you the new expected distance which can only be a guess/calculation at best anyway,

The computer is showing a lower average because that is what it is calculating. Less highway would = lower mileage and hence give you a lower reading.
