Pressure check the system to see that its coolant and not a leaking windshield. steve01832 Veteran Mar 19, 2010, 5:41 PM Post #3 of 3 (2294 views) Re: Fluid on floor in car Sign In If the pressure test checks out ok, check the a/c drain tube to see if it's clogged. When you have the heat on defrost, the compressor clutch cycles and condensation is still produced and has to drain. If all tests good and you feel the leak is from an external source, you can try taking the car through the car wash to see where the water comes in from.
