Engine does not fire initially

YEAR-------2000
MAKE------TOYOTA
MODEL-----SIENA
ENGINE----2.0
MILAGE-----NOT SURE
When I start my car, it will start normal. But when I accelerate it will not pick it will blow first then take time to pick. The blowing is not always. There are sometimes it will not blow but must take some time before it starts accelerating. When it starts accelerating, it continues without problem but when I stop, if I try to accelerate again, it will take time again to pick. My local mechanic changed plugs, fuel nursles and fuel filter and yet the problem did not stop.
Any I idea of what I can do.

I would start with getting the codes read. If there are any, post them & we'll go from there
