Corolla rear doors won’t lock

I have a 97 Toyota Corolla and a couple of weeks ago my rear doors stopped locking when I use my remote or the lock switches on my front doors. The doors unlock just fine when I use the remote to unlock my car. When watching it when I lock my car with the remote they do move in the downward direction just slightly they just seem to not be able to lock all the way. I wouldn’t think they are getting jammed up because they both started doing it at the same time not just one door. I can’t say 100% but I think if I lock my doors after a long time that it has been sitting they seem to lock just fine, but only once if I unlock and try to lock again it doesn’t work. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!

Odds would be against both having the same issue at the same time but could be or one went unnoticed for a while. The actuator motors may just not have the "ummph" to overcome loss of lubricant over time in the latch inside. If they operate better or properly with engine running (more power available) then I'd think about taking rear panels off and lube the heck out of all the moving parts as I don't think you can get a good shot from just thru the door jam. If so - I'd start with WD-40 and use a thicker grease (go easy) over that if they are all stuck from moisture corrosion which is what I suspect for now, T
