Citreon Picasso - HELP!!!!

I have had a Citreon for a little under a year.
A few things have gone wrong in the past week: - When trying to clean the windows, the wipers move but no screenwash squirting
- The fuse to the ciggarette keeps blowing
- Passenger tail light goes about 2 weeks after replacment
Im confused but dont want go to a garage and be charged lots more than needed!!!
Please help someone

You have 3 separate problems that would require 3 separate questions but don't bother unless you have to tools and knowledge to follow instructions to test an electrical circuit.
Just because you want to avoid paying a repair cost doesn't mean that you can.
Also remember that this vehicle isn't sold in the states so we have very little info available for it.
