sorry for a double post but here goes.I got code for my trailblazer po601.Control module memory check sum error.any ideas on what this means?sounds like computer problems to me

Yea that's pretty much an internal PCM error. Clear the code if it returns you are looking at a bad PCM.
You didn't post the year or mileage. In CA there is a 7yr/80k mile warranty on all emission parts & the PCM does fall into that category
