Cavalier blinkers and break lights wont work!!!!

The car is a 1999, Chevrolet, Cavalier, 2.2, and about 213000.
There was nothing leading up to the problem, i was driving and turned on my blinker and it didnt work on the dash or outside the car.
I have replaced the multifunction switch, and checked the fuses, all fuses are good.

I already locked his other one so I'm unlocking this one.
OP, the flasher is a possibility but your really going to have to follow a wiring diagram and test the circuit with a test light.
