Car vibrates when standing with a/c on Sign In

Dear all,

I have 2012 Hyundai with 1.6 petrol engine. To explain my problem:

When i'm driving with a/c on, every time I stop, the car starts vibrating (revs are normal). If i hit the gas, vibration stops. If put it in neutral, the vibration subsides. If I turn the a/c off, almost no vibration at all.

Anyone ?

Thanks!

#1. Why isn't this car still under warranty?

Even normal A/C is a substantial load on the engine to be compensated for and you suggest it is if same "revs" or RPMs with A/C or not.

If no warranty left and RPMs stay correct the compressor just might be working too hard anyway for unknown reasons yet. Pressures could be very telling if it's operating properly.

Without equipment you might notice if belt seems stressed just watching it or listen for abnormal noise from compressor,

Worn out motor mounts will transmit engine vibration and act like that.

Seems early to me for much of anything except harsh use or a late to show defect. Anything on the maybe list for mounts or perhaps exhaust touching something.

If this does show A/C problems and you are over miles check as some exclude A/C anything from miles if a warranty is or was in effect. Broken mounts would be harsh use IMO,
