The car will be in motion and will suddenly seem to lose power. I'll give it gas and it will momentarily accelerate and lose power again. At times, I can continue driving but others it gets especially bad and I will pull over. When I do, the car idles fine and generally runs fine when in motion again. I have not had less than 1/2 tank of gas at any point in time and its generally been around 3/4 tank. When this problem occurs, the gas gauge will go from 3/4 full to Empty and the Gas gauge will flash on momentarily. I have had it looked at by two different parties. The first thought it was an electrical issue but the diagnostic test showed nothing. The second was concerend about the fuel pump but that wasn't the case either and he didn't find anything with the electrical system either. Anyone have a solution or an idea what the issue could be.
