I have a 1993 Chevy Corsica with a 3.1 V6 with about 140k miles on it. A bit ago my car started acting funny in that it would have little power and then jump to full power and back to nothing again and have a rough idle at stop signs. Sounded like my TPS was goin bad and so I replaced it and replaced the gaskets on the throttle body because they were crap too. Well it seemed to help a bit but my car is now doing it all again. When in gear my car has a small shake like a rough idle would produce but out of gear it does nothing. It idles very well out of gear and sounds fine. There are no error codes in my car either. When I accelerate it feels like i have 1/3 of the power I should have and sometimes I will have 100% power like a brand new car. Today I punched it to the floor and although the RPMs seemed to go as high as they should in each gear it took me over 15 seconds to get to 60MPH! This has become dangerous when pulling out of driveways or on roads because I don't know when it will do this and when it won't. It will switch in and out of fine and crap modes even while im driving. Somedays its good somedays its bad. I have no idea what the problem is or where to look now.
Here are things ive either replaced or eliminated as potential problems so far: TPS, idle air/throttle body gaskets, fuel filter, spark plugs, air filter, and all fluid levels, TCC(for the bad ingear idle when stopping). I even put some injector cleaner the other day. Anyone have any ideas?

When the problem comes on or goes away while im driving it is like a flip of the switch and the car jerks from the boost of power that it should always have. Even if I hand shift each gear I don't have very much power in any gear.

Any ideas?

May be way off base, but you may want to check for restricted exhaust? Sometimes, a catalytic converter will 'break' up, internally, and temporarily block off the exit causing a severe loss of power. The chunk of cat will fall away and then be fine. Just a guess.

I had a car like yours and it turned out to be a bad o2 sensor. or it could be a egr valve. oh if you have a bad plenum gasket it could be sucking air in or even a bad vacuum line could do it to
