Car Trouble while turning wheel

Hey, I currently have a 2005 honda accord and a month ago i got a oil change and a tire rotation at Monro mufflers. Ever since every time i start up my car and use the stearing wheel to eather turn to the left or the right while not driving it makes a sound when i move the stearing wheel, the cars engine makes a loud humming sound, it also happends while im turning while driving, please help what should i do what could be the problem

Sounds like you may be low on power steering fluid. Check the fluid level.
