Car is idling high, not shifting right, and the RPM is running around 1500 or higher while in drive.

That is a 5 volt reference circuit code. Some of the sensors use 5 volts that comes from the computer.
Check for 5 volts at the TPS grey wire using a volt meter. I am surprised the engine is even running if the 5 volt reference is down.
