Blown head gasket? Plus other problems? '96 Chevy Camaro V6 Sign In

Please bare with me, as I have zero clue as to what might be causes my problems.

Car info:
1996 Chevy Camaro,
3800 S2 (not sure what that is, says it on the engine)
I think it's a V6
It has about 140,000 miles on it.

I've had many people speculate that it's a blown head gasket, and it probably is. There is oil in the coolant, it over heats, and it'll smoke.

These other problems are probably unrelated to the head gasket, but still problems.

While in park, when I turn my car on it'll rev itself a few times then go back to normal, or the engine will shut off all together.

Now also, Sometimes, I'll be driving it and it seems a bit sluggish, like it really doesn't want to accelerate. I don't know if it's getting stuck in gear or something because after a little while of that it'll just rev like crazy and go to a normal speed.

When I get to where I'm going, sometimes I can take the key out of the ignition but the engine won't shut off, It'll keep running as if the key was still in there. I have to disconnect the battery when that happens. Once it finally turns off, it makes this gurgling or bubbling sound. When that is over and I need to start the vehicle again, it usually won't start until after 3 or 4 tries.

Changed the oil a few days ago (no improvement)
I ended up stranded in a parking lot for a bit and 2 mechanics just happened to see me. They looked her over, and looked at the radiator fluid thing and that's where we discovered the oil in the coolant (awful smell too) They said that I actually had barely any coolant in the vehicle. (the car isn't mine, so I had no idea) They went ahead and put almost a whole bottle of antifreeze in it.

After that point the car worked fabulously for 2 days, and now the problems have started up again. So I think I have just burned through all of it in that amount of time.

I know theres a lot going on with it, and my silly little descriptions of my issues probably didn't give the best pictures.

Any thoughts?

With all you listed going on and observed why the heck are you killing any chance of fixing this engine? It's all related to total ignorance to stop driving it!
