On the rear driver side rotor. The rear passenger rotor looks fine and as far as I can tell, the 2 front look fine. Not sure but a maybe is something was on a rotor or pad you didn't notice making a colored streak(s) ?? I personally like to clean new rotors unknown what is on them to halt rust in storage, shipping and some brake items carefully "shrink wrapped" if a bit or two of that plastic got burned in it might clean off with I like brand name BraKleen just totally avoid that on anything but that parts!
