BMW door panel removal

 How do I remove the door panels from a 1995 325i M3 ? If anyone can tell me how I would really appreciate the help

Last one took me a while to figure out and the key was hidden faster on the arm rest and you nudged it backward to latch and it would reveal more fasteners I think and the rest of the panel used the zip clips but don't quote me on that. I think the door open lever could stay put. Oh well that was a try  T
