Sorry if this is the wrong section.
My car was hit and run. We found a piece of a headlight and was wondering if anyone knew where it came from.
The headlight is pretty flat, judging on how my car was hit, probably a small truck/SUV.
on the piece there is starting from the top:
02A 01 1a
(a left arrow)
02 HOVR PL
E13 in a circle then 17.5
9750
9751 (weird square in a circle) HCR-49
(Right arrow)

I take it the car was hit while it was parked. You weren't driving it at the time?
I can't help you with what kind of vehicle hit you, but what is it going to help? Even if you got specific info from those numers: i.e. a late 90's S-10, what good will that do you? Will you track down the offender and beat a confession out of them?
If your insurance covers your vehicle, use it. If it doesn't, you're on the hook. I don't see how getting info about a headlight will help you get your car fixed.
