Alignment/Tire Wear Issues - 2000 Hyundai Accent Sign In

I own a 2000 Hyundai Accent. Its a four-door sedan. I had the car aligned about three months ago after I noticed the rear tires were wearing unevenly. After the alignment, the tires are still wearing unevenly. The wheels are balanced correctly and the rims are not bent. I was told by the tire dealer the problem is most likely suspension/alignment related. They do not do alignments.

So, out of curiosity, I pulled out the print-out from my last alignment. The last page contains a series of diagrams related to "caster, camber and toe in/out." According to this diagram, the "toe in/out" adjuster is "maxed out" and the camber is "not/no longer adjustable." I am at a loss here because I thought the alignment would solve my problems and the servicing facility never mentioned there was a problem. Now I am left wondering if I need new struts, coil springs or whatever else it may be that is causing my rear tires to wear unevenly. Your advice is welcomes and appreciated. Thank you!

Rear Suspension Measurements:

Left-Side: Camber 0.15 degrees, toe 0.36 degrees
Right-Side: Camber -1.54 degrees, toe 0.10 degrees
Thrust Angle: 0.13 degrees

That right rear Camber is a bit too positive and the Toe is a bit too much also.
Although the manufacturer didn't install a way to adjust camber, there are aftermarket kits available that can be added to create adjustment and any shop that knows what they are doing with wheel alignment will know that.
