ABS While not moving

I have a Chevy Venture 1999. The ABS TCS lights go on when the vehicle is not moving, put the vehicle in reverse and press on the brake. This happens every time. The ABS TCS lights will occasionally come on when the vehicle in drive, but not usually.
Checked all the wiring and connections. Any help?

You going to have to take it to a shop that has a scanner that can access the electronic brake traction control module (EBTCM) to see what trouble codes are being stored. The EBTCM is seeing something it doesn't like and you need to figure what that is, so you have an idea what subsystem to check out.
