99 toyota solara, In a prank war and cant figure this out.. i no its gotta be simple, im just dumb when it comes to cars!!!

So i got into a fight with my twin brother and weve been pulling pranks on eachother to piss eachother off. I have a 99 toyota solara. First let me say i do NOT no much about cars. I was heading out this weekend and my car wouldnt start, i popped the hood and realized one part of the battery hookup was lifted off the battery.. Simple fix, just flipped it back on and it started right up. Now i went to the car this morning and i put the key in, the seatbelt light turned on but when i cranked it it didnt turn. i check the battery, it was fine.. what other simple things could stop a car from turning over. (my brother wouldnt do something to destroy my car) or a difficult or expensive fix! but little things/easy to fix things like the battery are what im trying to figure out. could there be another simple wire unplugged, a fuze released?? I dont no. Any help is appriciated.

Maybe he took the battery cable off and put tape around the battery post? long shot.

Maybe he pulled the starter relay.
Take off the fues box cover(s) and look and see if all the relays and fueses are in.

i believe it is the starter relay. I said i was out to lunch with my girl & he said he was going to get a can of snuff. He took my car, i watched him get in and it started right up. i dont no what he did but it had nothing to do with the battery or under the hood. has to be the starter relay or in the fuse box.. Now when he gets back ill have to see what it looks like and where it goes.
