99 ford windstar 3.8 V6

On vacation. Turned a corner rear A/C went to high without anyone touching it. ABS brake light came on, odomoter, and speedometer stopped working, air blows hot and will not come off of high.
Stopped to check fuses, could not find a fuse that controlled all of these issues that i am aware of. Found a blown fuse at number 10. Now vehicle will not start. Turn key, radio works, lights work, no start up noises and no noise when key is fully turned, but battery works
