99 Chevy Suburban

I have a 99 Chevy Suburban...I had the engine rebuilt and the trany....My issues are, The check engine light is on, I know what that is, it's an O2 sensor on bank 1 after the cat....My Suburban at idle in park, the rpms go up and down like it's searching, also when I'm driving up a hill most of the times it bucks and hesitates and when i stop at a light or stop sign, with my foot on the brake, the Suburban wants to surge forward....any help would be greatly appreciated...Thanks so much
