Hey, i have a similar issue except on my 1999 chevy blazer the rear brakes are partially applied even after i release the brake pedel. and i have no idea what could cause it. dont have the money to guess and check with parts. but if you could help. its a 99 blazer, 4wheel disc brakes. has abs. and so far i replaced the combination valve cause i was almost sure that was it. but it wasnt. this is my daily driver so if you can help please reply. Thank you. Travis. (edit - moved to be on it own Travis as that was another vehicle and problem some 2.5 years ago. Changed subject line to reflect the problem - Tom G)

First couple questions are is the parking brake inside the rotor on this or part of the caliper? Is this the full size Blazer or the S-10 version - I think they made both under the same name. If the style that uses a drum brake inside the rotor those have had troubles rusting up and dragging as well as hardware issues. Need to know which style rear discs and parking brake set up to know what to suggest next, T
