When fuel gets below 1/2 tank car will not start. New fuel pump new plugs wires ect.. car runs fine if you keep above 1/2 tank no one has been able to tell me what is wrong...HELP!!

Was the fuel pump changed because of this problem or before this problem?

When it gets to 1/2 a tank & won't start, R&R the tank and see how much gas is in there.
If it's empty then you may have a bad sending unit.

Had it changed because we thought that was the problem. Has not fixed the problem.

R&R means Remove and Replace

It sounds like you missed your opportunity when you had the tank down. It suggests either what Sidom said about the gauge being inaccurate or there is a problem with the baffles in the tank feeding each other.
