97 mit mirage is driving me crazy

Why is my car going though so much gas it has good spark new fuel filter and the injestors are good it a mit mirage with a 1.8 when i give it gas it wants to bog down like its flooding out it has no power and wants to shak most of the time when it idles it runs good but when take off it acts like their nothin behind the motor i did a compression check it turned out 150 to 160 psi on the first third and fourth and 130 on the second my spark plugs are new and the next day they are black this car gots me schatching my head my plug under the dash doesnt work some i cant take it somewhere and put it on the computer what should i try next
