97 Buick Regal low coolant light flashing

1997 Buick Regal with 3800 Series II engine has the low coolant light flashing. I have cleaned out the coolant resavoir and there is no sensor in there.
Where is the coolant level sensor on this car?

Passenger side of the Radiator
The sensor is retained by a snap clip. To unlock the sensor, lift one leg of the snap clip
from its locked position and pull outward with a slight twisting motion.
