how do I change my heater core without remove the whole dashboard.

You don’t have to remove the dash to do this; it’s tight work but you remove the heater core cover then a couple of retaining straps and the core slides out from under the dash.
The repair procedure says to remove the center console to gain access but I’ve been able to get the core out without doing that.
