1996 chevy 3500 6.5 turbo diesel,I have a leak of power steering fluid,I've traced it to between the master cylinder and the hydroboost.I seee there is a weep hole,is that like on your water pump to tell you its going bad or is bad when leaking and which would it be the master or the hydro. If you need further info to help me out, please just ask,I use this truck for work and need fixed soon.

They are different fluids. If it's brake fluid that is leaking, then it's the master. If it's power steering fluid leaking, then it is the hydroboost.

Is the weep hole where the hydroboost bolts to the brake master cylinder?

Quick note: If any question which leaking if too slow to see or observe low fluid levels know that the PS fluid is an oil and brake fluid in NOT. Brake fluid will rinse off your finger with plain water, PS fluid will not,
