'96 Toyota Camry LE - Play in right rear wheel

Thank you for your interest in my post. I have a serious issue with my right rear wheel. When I break it shakes from side to side and when I jack it up you can tell there is a lot of play when in it when you move it from side to side with your hands. For added convenience I have uploaded a video to YouTube showing exactly where the problem is. I just need to know what to replace and possible how much it's going to be. If anyone could help I would greatly appreciate it. I have put the link to the video on YouTube below:

Bushing is gone in that right rear link.. the rod bent is rear sway link and it will have no affect with your end play.

The bushing in that tie rod is worn out. You will have to replace that rod..

Thank you much for the information guys. I appreciate it. I talked to someone at Advanced Auto Parts and they said they weren't sure what part I was talking about exactly. If someone could reply today with a link to the part that I'm going to need in order to fix this, that would be very, very helpful to me.
