Signal not turning off after turn..arm not clicking back to neutral position. is there any easy adjustment that can be made or has to be replaced?
Also is it difficult to replace head gasket on 95 Civic DX?
Thanking in advance.

Never ran into a Honda with a directional that didn't cancel after a turn so can't help there.

The head gasket does get involved. If you want to just replace the gasket I suggest you send the head to a machine shop for at least an inspection for trueness. Pay strict attention to torque and sequence when re-installing if you do it. If you've overheated hard you may need a new/good used head. Good luck,
