96 Ford Contour

I was on my way to work early morning (which there happen to be a big snow storm the night before). I was driving on the freeway and my brakes went out and then my steering went out. Car completly shut down but i was able to get over to the side of the freeway. It was extremely cold out outside and dangerous so I stayed in the car. I had no heat?? Which I didn't have the WHOLE ride to work. (which was weird because I had heat until that morning).

I called for a tow and when he got I told him what went wrong, then he told me that antifreeze was leaking, which it was. I had just gotten new water pump that year like 6 months before this so I dont know how it could be that. Though I did realize that a hose was missing!

Since that day I have had people look at my car, family friends.

My car will not start! And my gear shift is almost impossible to move, I have to slam and pull hard!

I've heard something that has to do with radiator
but im not sure, I dont have money for a mechanic to look at my car either. So wondering if anyone here could help.

with the brakes, I was having to put in brake fluid everyday and it was just dripping out. ALOT Could that be the brakeline?

The steering, I did notice that there was no steering fluid.

Sounds like you need to start maintaining your car better. If you're driving it around knowingly with leaking brake fluid, then you probably should be arrested for endangering everyone on the highway.
It also sounds like you drove the car with no coolant until is seized up so it may be junk by now anyway.
