95 cavalier no fuel pressure

95 cavalier 2.2L. vehicle has spark & injector pulse...NO FUEL PRESSURE.. No power to the pump. I've scanned the vehicle & have no codes. Fuel pump relay has power only in the start/run position. It only has power on the fused circuit. I'm not getting a signal from the ecm to turn the pump on. I just tried a reman. ecm today....samething... not commanding the pump to come on.

When the ignition lock cylinder is turned to "RUN" position, the fuel pump relay activates the electric fuel pump for approximately two seconds to prime the injectors. If the PCM does not receive reference pulses from the distributor/crankshaft sensor after this time, the PCM opens the fuel pump relay ground circuit. The relay will reactivate the fuel pump when the PCM receives distributor/crankshaft sensor reference pulses or when oil pressure raises.

 Hi,
Hopefully you have the problem fixed by now.
Try the ignition switch! I had the same problem with a 95 Sunfire 2.2L. Tried a different ECM, Tracked wiring, ect. Powered the fuel pump relay with 12v and car would start and run. (Car would remain running after starting even after the jumper was removed from the fuel pump relay). Tracked the power sourse thats supplied the ECM with the signal, to the Ignition Switch. ie. When the ignition switch is turned on, it tells the ECM to supply power to the fuel pump relay for a few seconds. This signal was not coming from the ignition switch! Changed ignition switch and cured problem. Also be aware that there is a recall on the ignition switch to starter wiring. There was too much current going through the ignition switch during starting, causing ignition switch failure, so they had a recall to install a relay in the system. If you have the relay, you should be able to follow the cranking wire from the starter to a relay. The relay was installed not far from the starter in the engine compartment. Mine was attached to the engine coolant electric fan frame. Good luck.
