95 Ford Taurus GL - where to find a bumper?

Through some extreme bad luck, my car has been hit twice in my parking lot in the past month, both times hit and runs. This last one hit me pretty hard and finished off my rear bumper, and now I've got nothing back there at all. I was working with a guy to get it fixed but I finally decided against it; I had a bad feeling about it from the get go because the shop wasn't in the best part of town, he was dragging his feet on ordering stuff, and now he's asking for payment before the stuff comes in and the work is done Smells like a scam to me so I just decided to do it on my own.
My question is this: is there a reputable website you guys know of that I can order the bumper cover from? Also, I'm having trouble finding a rear reinforcement bar. Does that need to be on there or can I just slap the bumper cover on and call it good?
If anyone here can vouch for a reputable shop in the Nashville, TN area then I'd be happy to give them my business, I just don't want to fool around with it anymore.

I use local salvage yards in my area . I also look for private ads.I did a goggle in your area with these results ; http://search.aol.com/...ea&s_it=spelling
