I hope you fellas can help but I've got a 94 Mitsubishi P/u with a 2.4 4 cyl. and EFI . this truck idles up and down in a basic pattern idles up and down fast about 3 times then one long idle up and down. when I put it in gear and start driving it will start of just fine until the rpm start to pick up then it bogs out as though there is no fire or fuel. I shift gears and it picks back up until motor rpms pick up again. it will do this in all five gears and the maximum speed i can reach is around 45 to 50 miles an hour. I've replaced the air flow meter and it has a new thermostat, the plugs all look ok. It might be prudent to tell you I've noticed the fuel efficiency tanking as of late before all this happened. Please help

Have you check fuel pressure while the problem is occurring? How about the fuel filter?
