94 Honda Prelude not charging

I have a 94 Honda Prelude 4 cyl. 200000 miles thats not charging. ALt has been replaced, i even removed it yesterday and had it tested at local shop and its working. The battery is good. The charge indicator light on the dash is not working. I removed the cluster and swapped bulb with a known working bulb and it still dont work. Information i have found says its a ELD (electric load detector) and/or ECM gone bad. I cannot find a location for the ELD for this model car. I need some help please.

Scan for codes even if light is off... ELD issues will often set codes.. in the range of P129x codes
Google "Honda prelude ELD location" there is likely a youtube tutorial.
ADVICE : check wiring fuses BEFORE replacing a component
