The fuel filter will no doubt require "flare nut" wrenches and be on what I call a frame rail under the car.

The no start could just be air and you may have to use starting fluid a couple times to purge it out. Engines that are fuel injected don't like running out of fuel. T

I'll try It & tell you how it went!!

I tried the starter fluid, didn't work however I did have someone turn the key to the on possition while I stuck my head down by the tank & the pump is kicking in so there's still hope that it's a clogged filter!! thanks I keep you posted

Chances are.... If it didn't fire on starting fluid, it isn't going to fire on gasoline either. You may have an ignition problem.

Did it even sputter at all with the starting fluid???

it spit and sputtered but would sustain. soon as the starter fluid burns up the spit and sputtering stops! I had friend turn key while I listened the pump is kicking in! I unplugged the coil removed an injector and it's not spraying! So my conclusion is the filter is plugged! I did test the plugs & they're all firing & look just short of brand new! so its not the ignition but thanks for the new Ideas!

Ding! Ding! Ding! we have a winner Brian You've won !!!

I got the fuel filter changed tried to jump it & it spat a few times! I checked the fuses & the ECM(Emissions Control Module) fuse was blown! Replaced it & she fire the first crank(w/help from the jumper box)!! it took three fuses to get 15 miles But I got it home !!!

So now I get to start a new thread on why the ECM fuse would blow!!

I posted new thread in Electrical & wiring
