92 Accord Steering pulling to the right hard. Sign In

92 Honda Accord Sedan pulling to the right very hard after I had outer tie rod arms replaced. With the car parked straight the sterring wheel is cocked to right about a 1/4 to 1/2 way. Can I adjust them to fix the problem or do they need to be compurtized set to specifications by a trained mechanic.

When parts like that are replaced the car gets a full alignment which included "centering" the steering wheel. If not done it needs it fast,

No, you can't be accurate enough without electronic measuring equipment.

I thought that's what a FULL alignment would do - I don't have that 100+K machine my friends do but it would be required to be pointing straight ahead and wheel should be proper when done,
