SOME ONE PLEASE HELP>>>
I have a 82 checy truck and need to know how to get the igniton switch out.. please help.. I have colum off and the new switch to put in but old one i cant get out.. some one please email me on how to get old one out..

You have to use a pusher tool to remove a tiny snap ring to get the star wheel out. Bear with me it's been a while, then the directions and flasher if they are under or over the star wheel I forget. Then a small bolt should get you there.
Watch out not to lose the little snap ring as it doesn't have eyelets and they are fussy to remove and replace. Sometimes I had better luck using two screwdrivers and the snap ring pliers - whatever works. Good luck and be genle with the plastic directionals mechanism. If I recall you leave it in but loose and move it out of your way. T
