So my car starts like its brand new in the morning but after a long drive of 30 + mins it wont start.... I checked air filter (changed it) checked spark plugs (changed them) and now I think it could be the fuel filter... or fuel pump... the problem is the car seems like it drives fine on the road.... if its either how do I test to know which has to be changed? Thank you!

So far you know the "Parts Cannon"

isn't the answer so let's find out what is missing FIRST to save $ and not confuse it with possibly non OE rated parts.
Some checks for when it doesn't start if it cranks, you didn't say. If it doesn't crank this doesn't apply that's the problem.
Save those spark plugs you took out if not wasted some info as they tell a lot how well things have been for which cylinder they came from.
A code reading is in order just get the info it has that isn't telling you what else to toss so fast.

If it cranks but doesn't start this link to this site, locked up top here also is for "All CRANK, NO START'' problems. Since it's only when it has been used for a while you need to be ready when it's not starting for good info not when it runs like new as you said.
It's a good read, see how much of this you can do and rule out >>>>>>>>>>
