Does the seat power up/down and tilt now? 99% chance same motor does all that. PWR recline is or would be only other. If so I'd say it's jammed there. What to do depends again if so. I've found towels to clear windshield before defoggers could finish, plain bent something. Other many you can just take the motor out but seat probable would freely move so a fix right away. The next other is the button to request that direction is messed up?
